Returns & Refunds
We accept returns, no questions asked and will refund the amount less postage. We also offer exchanges. To qualify, items must be returned with a tracking number and signature on delivery required. Items must be in their original packaging with tags, undamaged and in brand new condition so that they may be relisted for sale. Items that are not returned in brand new, unopened and undamaged condition will not be refunded and you will have to pay the postage cost to have the item returned to you, so please ensure that you are returning items that meet the conditions required for a refund.
We do our own quality checks on all items before we put them up for sale. Anything that arrives damaged is sold as a damaged item with the damage noted in the description as well as shown in pictures so that you are aware of the damage and are therefore acknowledging that you are happy to purchase the damaged item. Once items leave our hands we are no longer responsible for their safekeeping, and any damage that may occur while they are in transit should be taken up with the relevant postal company. We will be happy to help you with this but cannot make any guarantees on the outcome.
